You may use Sanum.space for lawful business, research and website-improvement purposes. You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, overload systems, bypass limits or use results to facilitate unlawful activity.
Accounts
You are responsible for information supplied to create or use an account and for keeping access credentials secure. Access may be suspended where there is suspected abuse, security risk, non-payment for paid services, or material violation of these terms.
SEO, GEO and marketing information
Audits, scores, recommendations, forecasts and analyses are informational tools. Search engines, AI systems and third-party platforms change continuously. Rankings, traffic, leads, citations, revenue or other outcomes are therefore not guaranteed unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Automated and third-party data
Some results may be generated from automated crawling, public information, connected data sources or technical measurements. Such information can be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Users should verify material decisions independently.
User responsibility
You remain responsible for changes made to your website, campaigns, infrastructure or content. Before implementing material technical changes, maintain suitable backups and test changes where appropriate.

The Sanum.space platform, original interface, software, reports, branding and original content are protected to the extent applicable. You retain rights in content and information you provide. A limited right is granted to use generated reports for your own organisation or authorised clients.
Availability
We aim to keep Sanum.space available and useful, but continuous or error-free operation is not promised. Features may be changed, limited, suspended or removed for maintenance, security, capacity, legal or product reasons.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sanum.space is not liable for indirect loss, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost revenue, loss of data or decisions based solely on automated output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and severability
